  • Yes! For local clients, I typically assign 2 fittings to each and a final fitting/pick-up. If you are outside Toronto, don’t worry, all you’ll have to do is send me your measurements and your general industry size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, etc.), and we can work from there! A detailed measurement chart will be provided, and you may also book a virtual measurement appointment where I will walk you through all the steps. I am always available via text, chat, video, and phone calls to make the process easier, but at least one fitting is recommended for custom-made orders to make sure it fits just right.

  • Pricing is custom based on the intricacy of the designs and complexity of the fabrics used. I will provide you with an estimate during your first consultation, which is free! You can book a consultation with me here. For custom pieces (excluding bridal robes and veils), the cost of materials is not included, as some clients already have their fabrics. I have some fabrics in stock you can choose from, or I can source materials for you for an extra fee.

The cost of each item is different, typically, however:

Classic (simpler) bridal wears start at CAD 3600

Custom wedding gowns start at CAD 5000

Custom reception wears start at CAD 3000.

Special events/wedding guests start at CAD 1200

Custom bridal robes and veils are also available.

  • Yes. Click here to submit your request. Bridal alteration services are also available. You may also email info@zobamartin.com for more details.

  • Ready-to-wear items can be shipped within 3 business days from when you place your order. However, most of our items are made-to-order. Each product has its own estimated production timeline, you can read about it in each product’s individual description.

    Wedding Dress/Reception Dresses: 2-4 months

    Formal wear: 3-4 weeks

Rush service is available for an extra fee, typically 15-25% of the order (under 3 weeks, 8 weeks for bridal)

I’m pretty flexible with this, so let me know your preferred delivery time.

  • I have a lot of beautiful fabrics in stock which you can pick from, and you can also provide your fabrics. If you feel overwhelmed by fabric shopping, you can leave it to me for an extra fee to save you time.

  • I design and create for all body types.

  • 50% is required to begin the process, and the remaining balance will be paid on the final fitting/pick up.

  • The fabric budget is very flexible and depends on the client and the quality you'd like. Typically about 20-25% of the price of the garment.

  • If you can make it to the studio for a fitting, we typically have 1-3 fittings in-person fittings. If you can't make it to Toronto for the fitting or measurements, I take the measurements virtually, we would schedule a virtual call where I'll provide instructions to the person measuring you. I have different sizes of mannequins, so I adjust them to your size.

  • You'll have multiple revisions before we start working on the dress. I only start working on the dress after the final design and materials are approved by you. There's definitely room for minor revisions (i.e. placement of embellishments), anny major changes to the already approved design may affect the final cost of the garment.
